Refund policy
If you need to return an item and/or receive a refund, please contact Joe Mongno - joe@feelfreeus.com. Please keep in mind for a full refund to be issued, the returned product must be in the original packaging, have all hardware included, and in acceptable condition for resale. If you suspect the product is defective, please send Joe an email with the images attached and he will contact you directly to resolve the issue.
